What is the minimum roof slope suggested for U Panel?
U Panels should not be installed on a roof that is less than a 1:12 pitch. Becaause, if it is done so, heavy rainfall may lead to water accumulation and possible leaks, accordingly.
What is the warranty offered by Future Metal Buidling?
We strive for best quality of our products and offer some of the best warranties in the industry, accordingly. Our painted panels have a 35/40-year warranty on the finish to ensure that it looks good for decades. The warranty on Galvalume Plus covers rust-through only for a period of twenty years.
Can anyone install metal roofing over his/her existing shingles?
While some structural panel types can be installed over flat shingles, we suggest that your existing roof and underlayment be removed to inspect the decking and start from a fresh surface. Please contact a Future Mrtal Building representative for additional details.
